*1.0.9 More changes to the content plugin code to prepare for the search plugin. Fixed some potential security issues with plugin inputs. Also added an experimental feature that I may end up removing which links all items in the database to content without tags, however, it is case sensitive.

*1.0.7b Dramatic changes to the organization of the plugin code. Also fixed what might be called a recursion issue that was causing the plugin tooltip to break when encountering definitions which themselves had plugin syntax.

Additionally the component list and category views now allow content plugins (this was the reason for the above noted plugin changes). The administrator can turn content plugins on and off through the respective com_gnosis config tabs.

 * 1.0.7 This version adds more administrative options. The administrator can now choose to show username, or name for the created by field in the front end. They can also turn off the front end etymology, example usage, definition, and pronunciation fields in the front end.

 * 1.06a completes the French translation. Thanks philou!!

 * 1.06 has been tested on three separate Joomla! installs, including hypermodern.org to verify the language issues have been resolved.

Gnosis is a Joomla! glossary extension package composing of a component and plugin. The component allows on to manage words, definitions, example usage, pronunciation, and etymology, and to group them into category list. Words can be added and edited from both the front and back end as well as individual ACL. Component views include a list of words, a list of words in a category, an individual word view, and an edit/add view. The component also allows various configurations such as the ability to enable content plugins in the individual word view, or to remove/add fields from the front end list view.

The plugin is a content plugin to both link, and add a pure CSS tooltip to words matching the glossary database.
